![]() Regardless of the settings, Soothe has not been able to remove those resonances without destroying the sound by going overboard on on “hard depth” or sharpness, etc. However, each time I’ve tried to use Soothe to fix these issues, it never does. Two of those times dealt with specific piano resonance, which is obviously incredibly typical when dealing with live instruments, and in even the best piano VST’s, as they are recorded right from the source, and maintaining resonances help with realism. In each instance, I was looking to solve a specific resonance issue (obviously the calling card of Soothe), however each time, Soothe has not done what I’ve hoped. ![]() I’m really interested to know if people typically find that Soothe solves what they’re looking for it to? Now, I've given Soothe more than a fair shot - I’ve demo’d it now 2-3 separate times, which they typically do not allow, but was approved for a specific reason in my case. I was thinking about making a thread on this to see what the general opinion is, but I’ll comment here now that this is up. ![]()
